5P85S launcher
A couple of words (well, some more than two):
- this addon is provisional and it's not to be considered final
- there are some texture errors, and some lighting issues
- maybe the model is not 100 % accurate: I did my best, but I didn't have blueprints or 3D view at my disposal
- view lods are not named correctly as now
- some textures are 2048x2048 big, so provide your OFP settings can cope with that
- it comes in two camo variant: standard and winter, you can find them in the editor under East>Project MCAR>
- it requires MCAR Engine 9.31 to work; link:

- the gunner pit is not done and NEVER will be: this vehicle is intended to have the AI as gunner. You can drive it, though, or ride it in the back: the cockpit is complete (almost), even if not that beautiful.
- when the vehicle is on the move, or the driver is in 'SAFE' mode, or the gradient of the land where the vehicle is positioned is more than about 6% (10 degrees inclination), the missile pods are depressed
- as a consequence of this the unit can't fire
- raising the pods and then having the missiles ready to fire takes almost 15 seconds: when starting the game the pods are depressed
- the unit will not fire at anything closer than 1500 meters to its position
- but it will fire at targets several kilometers away (sometimes 15 or more, depending on the fact the unit can see the target, mostly)
- and since the missile can go as far as 47 km from the point of launch and that it can go as fast as 1400 m/s, practically every plane in OFP cannot escape simply trying to run away
- the unit has probably a tendence of spam missiles, and since it has only four, the fun will soon end. Maybe I'll remedy to this.

- no credit given to anybody except BIS and MCAR team: the model is mine, the textures the same, a part some borrowed from the BIS scud launcher
- the model is in MLOD format and anybody can modify it for its own purposes, but what comes out cannot be used to make money in any form
- please don't link the addon url
- I reserve the right to modify this addon when I like, if I like and how I like
- the above words notwithstanding, any bug report, opinion and suggestion is welcome
- I can provide the .psd files for modifying the camo textures and instructions how to do that, if someone is interested
- if the links above are unreachable, this is probably due to the low bandwith being exhausted. Allow some time and retry. This should not be frequent and I don't foresee an high download rate anyway.
I hope I can follow this with the radar vehicles and the 5P85D launcher. While I can have access to good photos of the tracking radar vehicle, I have almost nothing about the search radar and the 5P85D launcher, and that few is of little use. If someone have a link to good pictures of the two aforementioned vehicles, including 3D views, I would appreciate his help.
