Having little time to complete it, I decided to release it anyway:

NOTE: you need MCAR beta 3.1 to make it work.
Instructions: extract in your addon directory.
The vehicle is intended mostly for AI usage, and as OPFOR
or as SAM cover. Be aware it will engage targets as far as
7000 meters off its position. The missile can travel 12 km, and
it's pretty fast (mach 2.4). Minimum engagement range is 700
meters: the AI won't attack target closer than this distance.
You can do it as a gunner, but the missile will probably miss.
In real life the SA-8's missile needs this distance (actually
a little more) to achieve sufficient speed and a good turning
capability, so don't complain if you can't shot down a
chopper 400 meters away. In real life the Gecko needs his
own close AA protection, so put some Shilkas around it
for cover.
The gunner cockpit is still to be made.
